Refund Policy
All sales are final
Because the products sold through AiResalePro — including all volumes of the AiResalePro Playbook Series — are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot meaningfully be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The product is digital and delivered to you electronically
- You will not be entitled to a refund after delivery
- You waive any right to return or exchange the product
Limited exceptions
We may issue refunds, at our sole discretion, in these circumstances:
- Duplicate charges. If you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge(s).
- Failure to deliver. If our system fails to deliver your purchased product and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue within a reasonable time, we will refund your purchase.
- Unauthorized charges. If you believe your card was charged without your authorization, contact us immediately and we will work with you to investigate.
EU and UK customers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you would normally be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered. You will be asked to confirm this consent at checkout.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to all purchased products and any associated accounts.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of AiResalePro products after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
